Registration Information

Saint Louis School Registration Process

Registration begins Sunday, January 25, 2009 after the 9:00 am Mass held at the Saint Louis School Center.

Registration is combined with the nationally celebrated Catholic Schools Week.

All prospective families are encouraged to join the SLS Family at our Catholic Schools Week Mass with Open House following from 10:15- 12:30!

REGISTRATION

An Application for Admission must be filled out for each child seeking enrollment in Saint Louis School. The Application for Admission must then be submitted to the school for consideration.

Preschool applicants must be four years old by September 1.

Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by September 1.

SCREENING TEST

Upon receipt of a fully completed Application for Admission, Saint Louis School will meet with the parents/guardians and student and will administer screening test. Screening tests and interviews will be held at the beginning of February.

ACCEPTANCE/WAITING LIST

A Notification of Acceptance of letter indicating placement on the waiting list will be mailed by the end of February.

COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Birth Certificate

• Baptismal Certificate (if baptized)

• Current immunization records

• $100 Non Refundable Registration Fee

If the entire above are not received within ten (10) days of Notification of Acceptance, the placement will be offered to the next waiting child.
